Overview:
We are urgently seeking an Oracle Core Technical professional for the position of Oracle PL/SQL and Forms and Reports Developer. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of proficient experience in Oracle PLSQL, Forms, and Reports, along with the ability to handle the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) independently. Strong knowledge and expertise with Triggers, Stored Procedures, Functions, Cursors, DB links, DML, DDL, Transactions, and writing complex queries are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, developing, and implementing Oracle solutions, as well as providing team leadership and support.
Responsibilities:
Handle Oracle PLSQL, Forms, and Reports proficiently.
Independently manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Lead the team and provide assistance in solving critical issues.
Review the work of the team to ensure quality and efficiency.
Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Recommend improvements in business processes and suggest solutions.
Engage in designing, coding, development, and implementation.
Demonstrate excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Maintain a good understanding of SLA's and support processes.
Act as an active team player with a positive attitude and an aggressive mindset.
Skills Required:
8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle PLSQL, Forms, and Reports.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle versions 19c/11g/10g/9i, Forms 12c/11g/10g/6i, Reports 12c/11g/10g/6i, and SQL tools such as SQLDeveloper, Toad, PL/SQL.
Experience with ERP basic modules (SCM/Planning/Finance/Materials/Sales/Production).
Excellent communication skills and client interaction skills.
Quick learner with a good understanding of SLA’s and support processes.
Active team player with a positive attitude and an aggressive mindset.
Added advantage: Basic understanding of Java Program & Tomcat.
