Key Responsibilities:
Platform Delivery:
Deliver a reliable, robust, and sustainable LoanIQ platform by leveraging best practices from other financial institutions.
Provide expert functional inputs to the design and implementation of the LoanIQ system.
Ensure the business teams across EMEA are well-supported throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
Actively collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent and efficient LoanIQ services for downstream system owners.
Manage relationships with external consultancies and the vendor (Finastra) to meet project deliverables.
Documentation and Specifications:
Work with both business and technical teams to create and maintain documentation related to functional design.
Write Business Requirements and Functional Specifications to support project objectives.
Functional Expertise:
Provide guidance on native LoanIQ functionalities, including accruals, repayment schedules, ARR, GL entries, portfolios, lender shares, outstanding amounts, events, collateral, and document tracking.
Drive the definition of booking models and workflows for different wholesale lending products.
Project Support:
Lead configuration and accounting mapping definition workshops for LoanIQ.
Support test planning and execution, ensuring thorough and accurate testing of the platform.
Define and support migration strategies, including planning and execution.
Issue Analysis:
Analyze specific issues, propose solution options, and present these to a broader stakeholder group for decision-making.
Collaborate with LoanIQ migration leads to identify migration requirements and define mappings.
Governance and Communication:
Manage requirements in adherence to standards and governance to ensure effective project management and delivery.
Communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 12 years of experience working with the LoanIQ platform.
Proven track record in providing functional support and guidance on LoanIQ functionalities.
Skills:
Strong expertise in writing Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
Ability to drive booking model definitions and workflows for wholesale lending products.
Proficiency in LoanIQ configuration and accounting mapping.
Experience in test planning, execution, and migration strategy definition.
Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and with external parties.
