Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Senior and Mid-Level ACE Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise V12, coupled with a strong understanding of integration design patterns, best practices, and security standards. These roles will involve designing, developing, and implementing complex integration solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.
API Specification: Create and maintain API specifications using OpenAPI Specifications/YAML.
Security Standards: Implement web security standards, including OAuth, SSL, JWT, etc.
IBM MQ and SAP Integration: Utilize IBM MQ, SAP connections, Oracle notification service, and Oracle function calls within ACE.
ESQL, XSLT, DFDL, WSDL, XML, SOAP: Apply deep knowledge in these technologies for efficient integration.
Database Management: Work with Core Java, MS-SQL, and Oracle SQL, leveraging strong SQL querying skills.
Cloud and Hybrid Integrations: Develop and manage integrations across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
DevOps Pipeline: Participate in deployment activities within a DevOps pipeline.
Global Collaboration: Work effectively within a global team, contributing to analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation phases.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) development, with a preference for candidates in lead or senior roles.
Integration Design: Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices.
Security Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of web security standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ESQL, XSLT, DFDL, WSDL, XML, SOAP, IMAP, Oracle, and REST protocols.
Database Expertise: Strong skills in Core Java, MS-SQL, and Oracle SQL database querying.
Cloud Experience: Exposure to Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and hybrid cloud environments.
DevOps Knowledge: Experience with deployment activities under DevOps pipelines.
Communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications in IBM ACE or Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) are a plus.
Leadership: Experience leading a team of developers is highly desirable.
