Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI-based solutions. This role involves enhancing dashboards with AI features, migrating reporting solutions to Power BI, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with other business intelligence tools. You will play a critical role in driving impactful data strategies and leading Power BI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Power BI Architecture: Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions, ensuring efficient data models and reporting structures.
Migration & Integration: Lead the migration of reporting systems from legacy tools to Power BI while ensuring data integrity and enhancing functionality.
Performance Optimization: Optimize reports and dashboards for high performance, applying advanced DAX and query optimization techniques.
AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance reports with AI-driven insights and predictions.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure Power BI solutions meet business needs.
Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance to junior team members and drive best practices across Power BI implementations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Power BI architecture, report creation, and dashboard design.
Strong expertise in AI features within Power BI and advanced performance tuning.
Proven experience in migrating reporting systems from tools like Excel to Power BI.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.
Familiarity with Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and cloud data platforms like Azure.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Power BI or business intelligence roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position.
