Job Title: Reconciliations Developer (IntelliMatch)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced IntelliMatch Systems Analysts to support a critical upgrade of the IntelliMatch reconciliation platform within a large global financial institution’s Back Office Technology group. This team is aligned with Operations and supports key post-trade functions including reconciliations, trade settlements, and collateral management systems — with a strong focus on securities processing.
This project arises from a key contract resource exiting the team after 10 years of exceptional service. The individual had extensive institutional knowledge and was self-sufficient in managing IntelliMatch upgrades and customizations. As a result, we are looking for highly capable resources with deep IntelliMatch knowledge to ensure the upgrade is delivered successfully with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the IntelliMatch system upgrade, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure and enhance reconciliation workflows across trade settlements, collateral, and trade transaction streams.
Work closely with Operations teams to gather requirements and resolve production issues.
Mitigate the loss of internal knowledge by bringing domain expertise in both IntelliMatch functionality and securities processing.
Liaise with FIS IntelliMatch vendor only when necessary, acting as the primary hands-on expert for the platform.
Assess and manage limitations of the current IntelliMatch setup and recommend improvements.
Optionally contribute to regulatory analysis and business requirements gathering if skilled in BA work.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch, including upgrades, configuration, and support.
Strong background in Securities Operations – reconciliations, settlements, trade lifecycle.
Proven ability to work independently and own the platform with minimal vendor dependency.
Understanding of how to work around IntelliMatch limitations and maximize utility.
Ability to contribute to regulatory analysis, business case discussions, and funding decisions is a plus.

This role is classified as remote for a duration of 6 months, focusing on enhancing capabilities within a global financial institution's technology framework.
